Ingredients

  • 25g pack flat leaf parsley
  • ½ x 20g pack dill
  • ⅓ x 20g pack chives
  • 150g Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp nonpareille capers
  • ½ lemon, zest and juice
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Method

  1. Roughly chop the parsley, dill and chives. Put all the herbs in a small food processor with the Greek yogurt, capers, and the zest and juice of the lemon; whizz until smooth. Add the oil and whizz again until emulsified. Season with a pinch of salt if needed.
