Ingredients

  • 50ml Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto
  • 25ml vodka
  • Ice
  • 1 Strip of lemon zest
  • 1 Strip of orange zest

Method

  1. Pour Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto* and vodka into a shaker or small jug with lots of ice. Stir the mixture with a spoon until very cold, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

  2. Twist a strip of lemon zest and strip of orange zest over the glass to express the oils into the drink, then drop into the martini to garnish.
