Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp porridge oats
  • 4 tsp clear honey
  • 400g No.1 Speciality Strawberries
  • 480ml tub Yeo Valley Organic Strawberry Kefir Frozen Yogurt
  • 200ml apple juice
  • ½ lemon
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds

Method

  1. Toast the porridge oats in a nonstick frying pan for 1-2 minutes until golden. Stir in the clear honey, tip onto a piece of baking parchment and leave to cool. Put the strawberries (reserving 4 to garnish), Yeo Valley Organic Strawberry Kefir Frozen Yogurt, apple juice and the juice of 1⁄2 lemon in a high-speed blender and whizz until smooth and thick. Divide among 4 glasses; top with the toasted oats, reserved strawberries and poppy seeds, if liked.
