50ml lime juice
200ml pineapple juice
15ml sugar syrup
50ml coconut water
50ml coconut milk
100ml Bacardí Carta Blanca Rum
plenty of ice
pineapple wedges, lime slices or wedges, cocktail cherries (optional)

In a blender, whizz lime juice, pineapple juice, sugar syrup, coconut water, coconut milk and Bacardí Carta Blanca Rum until smooth. Add plenty of ice to a large jug, then pour in the mixture and stir.
Serve in ice-filled tumblers, garnished with pineapple wedges, lime slices or wedges and cocktail cherries, if you like.
