Ingredients

  • 50ml lime juice
  • 200ml pineapple juice
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • 50ml coconut water
  • 50ml coconut milk
  • 100ml Bacardí Carta Blanca Rum
  • plenty of ice
  • pineapple wedges, lime slices or wedges, cocktail cherries (optional)

Method

  1. In a blender, whizz lime juice, pineapple juice, sugar syrup, coconut water, coconut milk and Bacardí Carta Blanca Rum until smooth. Add plenty of ice to a large jug, then pour in the mixture and stir.

  2. Serve in ice-filled tumblers, garnished with pineapple wedges, lime slices or wedges and cocktail cherries, if you like.
