40ml tequila
20ml Pimm's
10ml lemon juice
Cucumber ribbon
100ml Fever-Tree Light Ginger Beer

Pour the Tequila, Pimm's and lemon juice into an ice-filled wine glass and stir. Drop in a cucumber ribbon and top up with the ginger beer. Garnish with strawberry slices.
