Ingredients

  • 90g ripe papaya flesh, plus 3 slices, to garnish
  • 50ml golden rum
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • 125ml coconut water
  • Juice of a lime wedge

Method

  1. In a blender, combine all the ingredients except the 3 papaya slices.

  2. Pour into a hurricane glass with ice. Garnish with the papaya slices.
