Ingredients

  • 240g pack Merchant Gourmet Jumbo Chickpeas
  • 220g tub coronation chicken deli filler
  • 60g bag Steve’s Leaves Baby Watercress & Little Leaves
  • 200g pack Bombay mix

Method

  1. In a large bowl, fold the chickpeas into the deli filler. Pile the leaves onto a sharing plate, top with the chicken and chickpea mix and toss to combine a little.

  2. Scatter with 2 tbsp Bombay mix to add spicy crunch, then serve, with lime wedges for squeezing, if liked.
