Ingredients

  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 ground cumin
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 400g can no added sugar baked beans
  • 120g pack baby spinach
  • 2 slice/s Seeded sourdough
  • 20g ProActiv Buttery Spread
  • Cooks' Ingredients Crispy Fried Onions

Method

  1. Fry the onion in vegetable oil until softened, then stir in ground cumin and garam masala. Fry for 1 minute, until fragrant. Stir in the baked beans and baby spinach and simmer for 2-3 minutes until piping hot and the spinach is wilted.

  2. Meanwhile, toast the seeded sourdough slices and spread with ProActiv Buttery Spread. To serve, top the toast with the masala beans and scatter over crispy onions, if liked.
