Guinness espresso-tini

Ingredients

  • 100ml freshly brewed espresso coffee, cooled
  • 200ml coffee liqueur
  • 2 x 440ml cans (or 500ml bottles) Guinness

Method

  1. Pour the coffee and liqueur into a cocktail shaker, add a handful of ice and shake until the outside feels ice cold – do 2 batches, if necessary. Strain into martini glasses and top with the Guinness.
