Ingredients

  • 50ml Malfy Gin Rosa
  • 2 tsp sugar syrup
  • 50ml pink grapefruit juice
  • Mint sprig leaves
  • Ice
  • sparkling water
  • 1 Wedge of red grapefruit

Method

  1. Pour the gin, sugar syrup, pink grapefruit juice and the leaves from a mint sprig into a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously.

  2. Fill a tumbler with crushed ice and strain your cocktail over it. Top up with sparkling water, more mint leaves and a wedge of red grapefruit.
