50ml Malfy Gin Rosa
2 tsp sugar syrup
50ml pink grapefruit juice
Mint sprig leaves
Ice
sparkling water
1 Wedge of red grapefruit

Pour the gin, sugar syrup, pink grapefruit juice and the leaves from a mint sprig into a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously.
Fill a tumbler with crushed ice and strain your cocktail over it. Top up with sparkling water, more mint leaves and a wedge of red grapefruit.
