50ml Ron Santiago de Cuba Extra Añejo 11 years old
25ml No.1 Ginger Cordial
25ml lemon juice
1 handful/s ice
crystallised ginger

Fill a shaker with ice, then pour in Ron Santiago de Cuba Extra Añejo 11 years old, No.1 Ginger Cordial and lemon juice. Shake hard until very cold.
Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with crystallised ginger, if liked.
