Ingredients

  • 150ml rosé wine
  • 70g strawberries, hulled
  • 15g agave syrup
  • 5ml lime juice
  • 1 strawberry, sliced, for garnish
  • Mint, for garnish
  • 1 pinch black pepper, for garnish

Method

  1. Pour rosé wine into an ice tray and freeze overnight. Purée the fresh strawberries, hulled, with agave syrup and lime juice, or muddle them in a mixing glass. Empty the frozen rosé ice cubes into a bowl and break up with a fork. Pour the strawberry mixture into a coupe and spoon on the frozen rosé. Stir gently. Garnish with 1 strawberry, sliced, mint and a pinch of black pepper.
