Ingredients

  • 350g pack classic chicken steaks
  • 190g pack baby corn & sugar snap peas
  • 2 x 86g packs Itsu Spicy Ramen Ready Noodles & Broth
  • 1 bunch Essential Salad Onions

Method

  1. Cook the chicken steaks according to pack instructions, then slice diagonally. Meanwhile, cut the corn and sugar snaps in half lengthways, then steam over a large pan of boiling water for 3-4 minutes until just tender.

  2. Make sure there’s 800ml boiling water in the pan, then add the noodles from the ramen pack and the finely shredded white parts of 4 salad onions. Cook the noodles according to pack instructions, adding the broth paste when it’s time.

  3. Divide between deep bowls, then mix in the steamed vegetables and top with the sliced chicken. Serve with the finely shredded green parts of the salad onions on top.
