Ingredients

  • 25g ground coffee
  • 200ml cold water
  • 1 scoop of No.1 Madagascan Vanilla Ice Cream or No.1 Colombian Coffee Ice Cream
  • 50ml Mr Black Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur

Method

  1. Start by making the cold brew coffee. Put the ground coffee into a large glass or jug along with cold water. Cover; leave to steep overnight. Strain through a coffee drip filter or sieve lined with coffee filter paper and chill until needed (up to 2 days).

  2. When you’re ready to serve, add the ice cream to a chilled coupe or tumbler; pour over 25ml of the cold brew coffee and the coffee liqueur. Serve straight away with a small coffee spoon for scooping.

Pop your glasses in the freezer while preparing cocktails; they’ll be ice-cold and frosty when it’s time to serve.
