Ingredients

  • 4 chai tea bags
  • 2 tbsp clear honey
  • 2 tbsp No.1 Salted Caramel Sauce
  • 1 tub/s Cinnamon Bun Dairy Ice Cream

Method

  1. Place 4 chai tea bags into a large heatproof jug and pour over 250ml boiling water. Leave to steep for 10 minutes.

  2. Remove the teabags and stir in 2 tbsp clear honey. Add cold water to make up to 1L, then chill. Warm 2 tbsp No.1 Salted Caramel Sauce according to pack instructions.

  3. Pour the cooled tea into 4 tumblers, then top each with a large scoop of Cinnamon Bun Dairy Ice Cream. Drizzle over the sauce and serve.
