Ingredients

  • 2 scoops (about 100g) No.1 Belgian Dark Chocolate & Sour Cherry Ice Cream
  • 150g cherries, halved
  • 2 scoops (about 100g) Crosta & Mollica Amarena Cherry & Mascarpone Gelato
  • 2 scoops (about 100g) Hackney Gelato Pistachio
  • 30g roasted & salted pistachios, shelled and roughly chopped
  • 2 Chloe’s Hazelnut & Cocoa Wafer Rolls

Method

  1. Take 2 tall glasses and put a scoop of the chocolate ice cream in the base of each, scatter over a few cherry halves, then top with a scoop of the cherry ice cream. Add a few more cherries, then a scoop of pistachio gelato. Sprinkle over the chopped pistachios and remaining cherries, then add a wafer roll.
