Ingredients

  • 50ml Discarded Banana Peel Rum
  • 1 small ripe sliced banana, plus extra slices to garnish
  • 30ml double cream
  • 20ml freshly brewed espresso, cooled
  • 20ml sugar syrup
  • 1 large handful/s ice cubes

Method

  1. Whizz Discarded Banana Peel Rum, small ripe sliced banana, double cream, freshly brewed espresso, cooled, and sugar syrup in a blender until smooth. Strain into a cocktail shaker, add ice cubes and shake until ice cold.

  2. Strain into chilled cocktail glasses and garnish each with a slice of banana, if you like.
