Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked.
Oven cook
From Chilled
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging (including bone guard) and allow the lamb to rest for 10 minutes. Place in a roasting tray in centre of oven. Leave to rest in a warm place for 10 minutes before carving. (Time Medium Cook for 25 minutes per 500g + 25 mins. Well done Cook for 30 minutes per 500g + 30 minutes, Oven: 180°C, Fan: 160°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 4)
