Pack a wine or highball glass with plenty of ice for this spicy spritz. Combine 50ml Monkey Shoulder Whisky, 50ml Waitrose Blueprint Cava, and 150ml London Essence Spiced Ginger Beer. Finish with an orange wedge. For a Caribbean twist, choose Sailor Jerry Rum.

In an ice-filled copa or wine glass, add 40ml De Kuyper Triple Sec, 100ml Prosecco and 150ml London Essence Pink Grapefruit Soda. Garnish with pink grapefruit.

Pretend you’re in the Med. Pour 40ml De Kuyper Triple Sec and 100ml Waitrose Prosecco over ice in a copa or wine glass. Top up with 150ml London Essence Pink Grapefruit Soda and serve with a pink grapefruit wedge. Switch to another De Kuyper liqueur, if liked.
