OVEN HEAT. Preheat oven. Place the sauce sachet to one side. Empty the contents of the bag into an ovenproof tray and spread out evenly. Cover with foil and place in the centre of the oven for 15 minutes. Remove foil and drain off excess meat juices. Using two forks pull the chicken apart, add the sauce and stir through. Return to the oven uncovered for a further 10 minutes. Remove and serve. (Time 25 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
