Air fry 200°C. Preheat air fryer. Remove all packaging. Place product in air fryer tray. Program air fryer to cook for 30 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking time. Allow to stand for one minute. Ensure product is piping hot and cooked thoroughly before serving. All appliances vary, this is a guide only. Do not reheat once cooled.

Oven cook

OVEN HEAT. Preheat oven. Empty the contents of the bag into an ovenproof tray. Place into the oven for 1 hour and 5 minutes, basting with the cook juices at regular intervals. Remove from oven and serve. (Time 65 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
