OVEN HEAT. Preheat oven. Place the glaze sachet to one side. Empty the contents of the bag into an ovenproof tray. Cover with foil and place in the centre of the oven for 30 minutes. Remove foil, drain off the cook juices and carefully separate the pieces of meat. Return to the oven uncovered for a further 10 minutes. Glaze with the barbecue sauce and return to oven for 5 minutes. Remove and serve. (Time 45 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
