Serving ideas: To make a smoothie that is one of your five a day, blend 80g of Berry Smoothie Mix with 150ml of apple juice. For perfect smoothies, blend the entire pack straight from the freezer with 700ml - 1 litre of apple juice. A single 150ml serving will provide one of your five-a-day. Once made keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours.
