For best results microwave. Do not reheat once cooled. Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook. Remove sleeve and pierce film. Place on a microwaveable plate. Check food is piping hot, if not heat for further period. Stand for 1 minute before serving. Stir before serving. (800W: 4 mins, 900W: 3 mins 30 secs, 1000W: 3 mins)

Oven cook

Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and pierce film. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven. Check food is piping hot. Stand for 1 minute before serving. Do not reheat once cooled. Stir before serving. (Time 25 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
