Stir fry
From Chilled
Stir fry 5-6 mins. Heat one tablespoon of vegetable oil in a frying pan or wok. Once oil is hot, add 1/2 pack of sliced mixed peppers and fry on high heat, stirring regularly. Check food is piping hot before serving.

From Frozen
Cook from frozen. For best results microwave from frozen. Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook. Transfer 1/2 pack of sliced peppers into a microwaveable dish and cover with a lid or microwaveable film pierced in several places. Cook on full power. Stir halfway through cooking. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving. Check food is piping hot before serving. (800W: 4 mins 30 secs, 900W: 4 mins 30 secs, 1000W: 4 mins 30 secs)
