Oven cook
From Frozen
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Spread required portions of potatoes evenly on a baking tray and place in the centre of the oven. Turn halfway through cooking time. Cook until crisp and golden, and do not overcook. Allow to stand for two minutes. (Time 30-35 mins, Oven: 220°C, Fan: 200°C, Gas: Gas Mark 7)
Shallow Fry
From Chilled
Air fry from frozen. 180C 18-20 mins. Preheat air fryer (according to model instructions)…Remove all packaging. Place potatoes in air fryer tray ensuring even spread in one layer. Program air fryer to cook for 18-20 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking time. Allow to stand for two minutes.
