Oven cook
From Chilled
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Pan fry chops on medium heat with 1tsp of oil for 2 mins on each side, including the rind. Then place on a baking tray and onto the middle shelf of the oven. For thinner chops use shorter cook time. Do not reheat once cooled. Chef's Tip: Add a knob of butter for added succulence and season with salt and pepper for taste (Time 16-20 minutes, Oven: 180°C, Fan: 160°C, Gas: Gas Mark 4)

Grill time: 14-16 minutes. Grill Temperature: Medium heat. Grilling Instructions: Preheat grill. Remove all packaging. Place on a grill pan under a preheated grill and turn halfway through cooking. For thinner chops use shorter cook time. Do not reheat once cooled. For oven instructions see reverse of label.
