Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.
Oven cook
From Chilled
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Heat 1tsp of oil in a frying pan on medium heat. Add fillet to the pan and cook for 3 minutes, turning occasionally. Transfer the fillet to an oven proof tray and place in the centre of oven for the remaining time. Rest for 5 minutes before serving. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time Pan fry 3 mins + Oven 4 mins per 100g, Oven: 180°C, Fan: 160°C, Gas: Gas Mark 4)
