Preparation: Wash hands after handling raw meat. Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw meat and cooked, or wash between uses. Unwrap and dispose of packaging carefully. All cooking appliances vary, this a guide only.
Grill

Medium heat 35-40 mins
Preheat grill. Remove all packaging. Place under the grill turning occasionally. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Do not reheat once cooled.

Gas 6, 200°C, Fan 180°C 30-35 mins
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven, turn halfway through cooking. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Do not reheat once cooled.
