Cooking Info
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Add a tsp of oil to a frying pan and sear the fillet, fat side down, for 2 minutes. Transfer to a roasting tray and place in centre of the oven. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. Leave to rest in a warm place for 3 minutes before serving. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time WELL DONE: 20 mins. MEDIUM:18 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
