Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven. Allow to stand for 2 minutes. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 40 mins, Oven: 190°C, Fan: 170°C, Gas: Gas Mark 5)
