Pan Fry. Pan fry temp: Medium heat. Time: 10-14 mins. Remove all packaging. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan. Add lamb, cook on high heat to seal, turn and seal other side. Reduce heat. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. Do not reheat once cooled.
