In Japan there's a fleeting period during spring when the sakura (cherry) blossoms are in full bloom. Tasting Notes: Principal notes: Juniper, cherry blossom & orange Background notes: Parma Violet, coriander, woody spicee Serving suggestions: To fully stir the senses, serve UKIYO Blossom gin over ice with premium tonic or soda water and a slice of lemon or why not try in a cocktail. Blossom Gin & Tonic: 50ml UKIYO Blossom Gin Top up with tonic water Serve in a highball glass with cubed ice and garish with tangerine slices. Blossom Ramos Fizz: 50ml UKIYO Blossom Gin 25ml lemon juice 25ml cane syrup 30ml double cream 1 egg white Dry shake all the ingredients (without ice) for 10 seconds, add ice and shake for a further 15 seconds. Pour into a fizz glass. Blossom Gin Martini: 50ml UKIYO Blossom Gin 25ml Vermouth Stir into a Martini glass and garnish with preserved Sakura flower.
