Simply pan-fry for a few minutes on each side, then serve in a burger bun or add to a nourishing veggie bowl for a quick lunch.

Heat a little oil in a frying pan on medium heat. Remove all packaging and place burgers in pan. Cook for 10 minutes, turning occasionally. Remove with a slotted spoon.
