Preheat oven. Remove lamb shoulder and sauce sachet from box, placing the sachet to one side. Empty the lamb and all of its juices into an ovenproof dish, and cover with foil. Place in the oven for 60 minutes, basting at regular intervals. Remove from oven, remove foil, and carefully drain juices into a jug or other suitable container. Return lamb to the oven uncovered for a further 30 minutes. Remove from oven. For best results, rest for at least 10 minutes. To prepare sauce, pour the contents of the sauce sachet along with two tablespoons (60ml) of the drained juices into a saucepan. Heat saucepan over a medium heat, stirring throughout. To serve, carefully remove the bones, portion the lamb, and pour over the jus. Do not reheat once cooled (Time 90 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
