Our No. 1 Ossau Iraty AOP is made in the heart of the Basque region between the Pyrenees and the sea, where the conditions are perfect for grazing sheep. Our producers, the Onetik dairy, are renowned for making this iconic French regional cheese, produced exclusively from local sheep's milk. In France it's traditionally served with black cherry jam, the fruity notes complementing the nutty flavour of the cheese. Made with pasteurised sheep's milk. Strength 4.
