Succulent hake fillet is marinated and roasted, and served in a creamy coconut, onion and tomato sauce, spiced with chilli and mustard seeds. It's finished with fresh coriander and sliced red chillies. Delicious with rice or naan, or as part of an Indian feast.

Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and pierce film. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven. Stir halfway through. Re-cover and continue heating. Heat until piping hot. Stand for 1 minute. (Time 35 mins, Oven: 190°C, Fan: 170°C, Gas: Gas Mark 5)
