Pan Fry from chilled:…Time: 25 Minutes. Remove all packaging. Preheat 15 ml of vegetable oil in frying pan over a medium heat, add fish and cook for 25 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking. Do not reheat once cooled. For oven cook instructions see reverse of label.

Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Wrap the fish in a lightly oiled foil to form a parcel. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 41 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
