Soft blue cheese made with pasteurised cow's milk and cream in France.
Rich and buttery, with subtle hints of blue. Our No. 1 Blue D'Affinois comes from the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region of France. It's made in a similar way to Brie, but with cream added to the milk before cheesemaking begins, creating an indulgently creamy cheese with a rich, buttery flavour. Perfect for beginners with blue cheese, it's delicious with crusty bread, ripe figs and walnuts, and a glass of Moscatel. Made with pasteurised cow's milk. Strength 2.
