Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Pan fry first for 4 minutes on medium heat in a pre-heated pan with 1 tsp oil. Turn once. Remove from pan and wrap in foil. Place in a roasting tray in the centre of oven for the remaining time. Rest for 5 minutes before carving. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time Pan fry 4 mins + Roast 5 mins per 100g, Oven: 210°C, Fan: 190°C, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
