Soft and chewy, with crunchy nuts. Our No. 1 Almond & Hazelnut Italian Nougat comes from a third generation family confectioners. The modern techniques they use today carefully replicate the traditional methods used by their grandparents when they started the business in 1924, to make nougat that's authentically soft and squidgy.
