Soft cheese made with unpasteurised cows milk in France.
Beautifully creamy, with flavours of fresh grass and butter. Our No 1 Saint-Marcellin IGP is an ancient cheese from the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. It's made by a small dairy in the old abbey of Saint-Genix-sur-Guiers, with local milk from Montbéliarde and Friesian cows. Delectably rich, it becomes creamier under the rind as it matures. Delicious with a fresh baguette and slices of crisp green apple. Made with unpasteurised cow's milk. Strength 4.
