A creamy, semi-soft cheese with rich, savoury notes and a long finish, rind-washed with Leckford Estate Brut sparkling wine, which gives the rind a nutty, slightly citrusy flavour. Made by the small Nettlebed Creamery in Oxfordshire using milk from their own herd of cows.
