Preparation and Usage
Serving suggestion: For a vibrant vegetable pilaf, season chopped red pepper, butternut squash and cauliflower with curry powder and olive oil. Add to a baking dish with chopped tomatoes and the brown, red & wild rice. Bake until golden then serve with a refreshing cucumber raita.
Microwave
Squeeze the pouch to loosen the rice. Tear a 2cm opening at the top and heat for 90s at 1000W or 2 mins at 700W.

Empty contents into a pan and heat through with a dash of water.
