Oven cook

From Frozen

Let's get cooking45 minutes(Recommended)- Remove the outer packaging and film lid.- Place on a tray in a preheated oven at 180°C/Gas 6.- Bake for 45 mins, until piping hot.- Allow to stand for 1 min before serving.

Microwave

From Frozen

800W 10 minutes- Remove the outer packaging.- Pierce the plastic film a few times with a sharp knife.- Cook on full power for 9 mins.- Remove from the microwave and allow to stand for 1 min.- Carefully remove the plastic film and check it's piping hot before serving.
