Pan Fry. Remove all packaging. Pan fry medium heat 16-22 minutes. Heat 1tbsp of oil in a pan, add meat to the pan and turn occasionally throughout cooking. Cook thoroughly until juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Do not reheat once cooled.
Grill
From Chilled
Grill temp: Medium/ high heat. Grill Time: 20-28 minutes. Grilling Instructions: Preheat grill. Remove all packaging. Place on a grill pan under a medium heat, turning occasionally until thoroughly cooked, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Do not reheat once cooled.
