Preparation: Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw fish.
More than one pack will take longer to cook. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
Gas 6, 200°C, Fan 180°C, 23-25 mins
Preheat oven. Remove sleeve, film and sauce sachet. Cut corner of sauce sachet and pour evenly over the salmon and vegetables. Place foil tray on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Stir gently before serving. Ensure product is cooked thoroughly and is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat once cooled.
