Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Pan fry chops on a medium heat for 2 minutes each side. Transfer to a baking tray and place onto the middle shelf of the oven. Cook thoroughly until juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Do not reheat once cooled. For Grill instructions see reverse of label. (Time 14 - 16 minutes, Oven: 180, Fan: 160, Gas: Gas Mark 4)
