All you need is: 1 Medium egg + 30 ml vegetable oil (2 tbsp) + 60ml water (4 tbsp) or 2 medium eggs + 60g melted butter Prep time 10 mins Baking time 20-25 mins Baking: 1 (20x20cm) square tin Preheat oven to 180? (160? for fan assisted ovens)/Gas Mark 4. Grease tin and preferably line base with baking parchment or greaseproof paper. 3 Simple steps! 1. Stir brownie mix, water, oil and egg (or brownie mix, butter and eggs) in medium bowl until well blended. (Mixture may be lumpy.) Do not eat unbaked batter. 2. Spread the mixture evenly into the lightly greased square tin. 3. Bake in the centre of the oven for 20-25 minutes or until a rounded knife inserted 5cm from the edge of the tin comes out almost clean. Cool and cut in 16 pieces (or 12 for larger brownies) before serving.
