Preparation and Usage

All you need is: 1 Egg 50ml Water 30ml (2 Tablespoons) vegetable oil Prep. time: 15 mins Baking time: 18-22 mins Baking pan: 1 Regular size muffin tin & optionally 6 cupcake cases 3 Simple steps! Preheat oven to 180? (160? fan forced). Grease 6 cups of a 12-cup regular muffin tin. Alternatively, you may line with 6 cupcake cases (cupcake cases are not included). 1. Set up the hunt: In a medium bowl, beat the cupcake mix, egg, water and oil with an electric mixer on low speed for 30 seconds, then on medium speed for 2 minutes. Divide the batter evenly between the 6 cupcake cases. Place the golden egg in one cupcake randomly. Alternatively, keep the golden chocolate egg on the side and add it in one cupcake post baking (instructions follow). In that case it is best to not use cupcake cases. Do not eat unbaked batter. 2. Prepare the scene: Bake for 18-22 minutes or until tops spring back when lightly touched in the center. Cool for 5 minutes in the tin. Gently remove cupcakes from tin, place on wire rack and let cool completely. If you didn't choose to add the golden egg before baking, take a random cupcake, make a cut at the bottom and insert the golden egg. 3. Unveil your treasures: Swirl vanilla icing on top of each cooled cupcake and decorate with the colorful chocolate balls, turning them into festive Easter delights. Your egg hunt cupcakes are ready for the ultimate reveal... may the best bunny win!
